What's our mission?

For over 70 years tradies have trusted Bailey Ladders to deliver premium products that help improve safety and efficiency on the jobsite. That's why it's so important to us to give back. 

In recent years, we have been proud supporters of:

  • TAFE Queensland Apprentice Awards
  • On site Toolbox Talks to increase safety on the jobsite
  • Support for students undergoing apprenticeships
  • Safe Work Month

Through continued support of initiatives like these, Bailey Ladders endeavours to improve safe work at heights and encourages the sustainable growth of this essential industry.

What's our next project?

We are so excited for another opportunity to support TAFE Queensland through our Product Scholarships Initiative. As part of this initiative, 10 hardworking apprentices will be able to choose one of four Bailey Ladders product packs to help kickstart their career.

In the Community

We are so proud to have been supporters of the TAFE Queensland Skillstech CSQ Apprentice Awards for a number of years now. Recognising excellence across learning and training helps solidify the foundations of the industry's future.

In 2026, we will be sponsoring the Construction Apprentice of the Year award and are so excited to hear about all the talent and hard work happening across the industry.


 

At Bailey Ladders, we are long time supporters of Safe Work Month. From consistently including Safe Work Month as part of social media campaigns, to running exciting giveaways featuring Supercars drivers and encouraging everyone to use the Ladder Safety Checklist available on our website, Bailey Ladders have always kept Safe Work Month as a highlight in our calendar. This year's theme 'Safe Work is for life' particularly resonates with our philosophy of ensuring our product provide quality, strength, safety, stability and reliability. We want to be the first ones you buy and the last ones you own.
